Question: How often should I use the product and should I use it only on my chest or under my nose?

A: It is safe to apply 2-3 times a day. You should apply it to your baby's chest, rub it gently, and let the scent spread so that it can be inhaled for quick relief. It is not recommended to apply directly to broken skin or under the nose.

Question: Is eucalyptus and menthol safe for children under 10 years old?

A: Our formula contains only 0.0035% eucalyptus oil and is very safe for infants over 3 months old. The same is true for menthol – the concentration we use is well below the recommended limit for children 3 months and older.
